Reconcile your Quickbooks bank accounts monthly to your bank statement to ensure accurate data has been posted in Quickbooks.

Use the Undeposited Funds feature to group multiple payments into one bank deposit. Be sure to post the date that the funds were actually deposited in the bank to help in reconciling each month.
